You've made the decision to show the world your very best.

Here are a few things to keep in mind.

We build highly visual sites.  Images are everything.  Please be sure you provide us with the largest images possible.  We can do some pretty amazing things with your photos - including ones taken from your mobile device- but we'll need to start with the original, large image.

Sometimes we ask a lot of questions.  We're don't want to be pests, but we do want to know why you do what you do.  It's our job to share your passion in our work.  Some industries and businesses are straightforward, others have a story.  We want to know your story.

Communicate by email when you have ideas.  We love your ideas as much as we love our ideas.  If you email them, as we build your site, we get to go back to your notes - the way you sent them, so every detail is on point.  (We still love phone calls, but details in writing are ideal).

Have your social media accounts in place by the time we are ready to launch your site.  Most clients have Facebook and we look for three other accounts to anchor your site.  Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Tumblr are all top client favorites.   If you would like us to do this for you, please let us know.

Ideas are a starting point.  We want you to absolutely love what we create.  If you want something fine-tuned, or changed, let us know.  This is your project.

We'll keep you on track if we think your suggestion or ideas may be a little out of focus (there is a theory to what colors work best for what industries, for example, and if we need to, we're happy to give you the brief textbook version to help you see our point).  We want you to have a site you love but you'll love it more if it is effective with your audience.

Be open to new ideas.  Sometimes we'll fuse our knowledge and energy with your passion - and show you something in a different light.  Taking your business to the next level occasionally means leaving your comfort zone and shedding old ideas.  We'll back up our plan with textbook theory to tell you why it will work - and we're willing to create a mock-up to prove our point.  Time and again, this is what has created the "Wow! Factor" for our clients.
